Pros
This is the happiest I've been at a job, due in part to the industry but also largely the company. Working remotely is one of the biggest Pros--we are fully remote, forever. Hiring is pretty selective, leading to a GREAT team of very passionate and helpful people--I love my colleagues. I started with limited experience in the field (just some college and freelance experience programming) and was able to move from an analyst to an SDET, with a path to SDE too. I've always felt there is a lot of room for growth here with lots of support and encouragement. It probably sounds like I'm drinking the kool-aid, and that's because I am. It's overall a great place to work.
Cons
Starting pay lower than industry standard (but I started with no experience and was given lots of support working my way up, and increased compensation follows) The job can be demanding at times and there are high expectations for performance. There are periods of crunch to meet deadlines, as in many tech oriented companies (getting somewhat better as the company matures though)
