Pros

Driva has been a great place to to work. The role allows me to continuously improve my credit assessment skills. The team I am a part of is great, we are competitive but also supportive which is great for our development. I really enjoy coming to the office to be around my team. There is a lot of support if I need anything. Driva is constantly growing which means there are so many opportunities that we can take advantage of.

Cons

I can not think of any from the top of my head

Pros

Really inclusive culture in a high performing environment where the company invests in the individuals. Lots of fun and end of month social events and too many lollies to snack on! Hybrid work setting which suited me really well

Cons

Nothing that jumps to mind, thoroughly enjoyed my time here - work plate can get really full given the start-up/scale-up nature.

Pros

fast-paced fintech environment with exposure to the lending and automotive finance space.

Cons

Job Instability Zero Job security.Role structures change frequently, and there have been multiple instances of sudden layoffs with no prior communication to affected employees. Micromanagement Leadership tends to hover closely over day-to-day tasks, leaving little room for autonomy or independent decision-making. Employees are often required to seek approval for minor actions, which slows productivity and signals a low level of trust in the team's capabilities. Excessive Work Pressure The workload expectations are disproportionate to the resources and support provided. Unrealistic targets and tight deadlines create a consistently high-pressure environment, often bleeding into personal time. Burnout is a real concern, and work-life balance is largely aspirational rather than practised.
