      Good people working together. Freedom to make important decisions. Autonomy. Location and time flexibility. Fun activities with workmates whilst in the office.

      Infinite tasks, lot of work to do. Not the best salary.

      Cons

      Work place politics cause lot of employees dating each other so hard to share your anonymous views. Bad Managers just think about there equity and bonuses.Poor Management Bad Competition.
