Pros

I like to have a job that makes me feel like I have accomplished something valuable when I go home at the end of the day. This is why I have worked for Management Success for 17 years. We have a great group, a valuable service that we deliver and we really help people. A big pro is the company has been in business since 1993 and since I have been here I have always received my full pay on time including all bonuses. Even in a recession getting paid was not an issue. All employees, no matter their position and altitude are always willing to help. The Management here is very caring and always willing to communicate directly with their employees.

Cons

Space is limited due to company growth. I hear this being addressed and will soon be fixed.

Pros

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Cons

There are no cons that I have run across.

Pros

Offered very competitive salary, remote work, very encouraging/affirmational atmosphere.

Cons

Dishonest / cagey employee feedback. Feedback does not match employer's actions. Refers to new company goals as "games," which is weird. Lies about preferences, employee performance ratings. Dangles carrots galore but no follow-though. Too many meetings. Initiative, contribution, communication, speed of project completion loudly & constantly celebrated, then listed as reasons for termination?? Management is not all on the same page internally. Company is trying to grow too fast and is subsequently disorganized and chasing its tail. Since most employees don't come from automotive background, company lacks established authority to provide guidance & advice, let alone for $35,000/membership. Trying to CREATE a niche/need where there hasn't been one, and fit square pegs into round holes. Can't conduct all business solely via zoom & phone. Not much room for promotion or advancement. Employee dissatisfaction with confusing, haphazard, incomplete product roll-outs.
