-Hurry up and wait management, to assist in sales results -Creating belief during the interview process they are the only product on the market that does the features they do -Quantity over Quality mentality with the SDR role -No viewable metrics to measure the success of the company, which can be reflected to new clients -Always closing, but never closing -Management not open to any sales opinions or suggests, even after theirs have failed numerous times

fun environment with coworkers and management, clear expectations and good compensation for work expected.

Cons

instability with job in general, was laid off suddenly over lunch due to the company being acquired. No severance.
