The politics is overflowing in every department. People who post on LinkedIn praising the company are given awards while those doing the actual work are isolated and threatened. There is micromanagement The management are incompetent

They have a nice office

Mass firing, Employees treated unfairly. Top management gets all the benefits. No increment in salary for long term employees. Pay cut to all employees but still expecting 100% from everyone. No work life balance as well. Missiles launching and still expected to go into office.
