No product roadmap for Sales on what is happening with expanding product with their Private Equity money. Non Existent onboarding and training procedures. Truly a churn and burn sales culture. Management cares more about their podcast productions then progressing company culture. Definitely an inner circle of old friends and family of upper management that get special treatment. Product can’t compete with their main competitor which makes sales difficult.
