- There's no time schedule or strict management for the tasks you're working on - The human treatment is great and they're very understanding - Flexible task assignment: you get to pick what kind of tasks you favor more than others most of the time - Even though they have a discrete amount of days you can take leave for, it depends on what your leader says at the end of the day, so in my case he didn't have a problem if I went on vacation for longer than agreed upon
Cons
- There's a lack of manpower (devs), everyone's doing a bit of everything - Technical debt is not much of a priority even though the size of the company and the amount of clients would make one think that every day's the best day to fix the basic object structures while it's still small enough - The lack of a UX/UI team doesn't seem to be of concern even though it's a product-centered company - There's not a clear/strong definition of how the app should behave. It's not uncommon to be changing/adding something that was already undone six months ago.
