Pros

No pros at all for this company.

Cons

Would rate no stars if possible. Cancelled all four sessions they hired me for, over a voicemail, just one week before camp was meant to start. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and they were kind enough to offer me a job in Tampa, Florida, assuming I had family there to stay with... I do not have family in Tampa, as it happens. After flying me out for a training and then holding a second training, for which I brought all the necessary materials, you would have thought camp was a sure thing. Turns out, it's not. If you want guaranteed employment from a reliable company, Drobots isn't for you!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

Thank you for your review. We have taken steps to clarify our offer letters and the company policy handbook. While the company handbook has always stipulated that our schedules are dependent on the schools themselves recruiting campers, we understand that handbooks aren't always read in their entirety, and so we've taken extra steps to communicate this for 2019's camp season. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Coworkers and managers are nice

Cons

They expect you to prepare lessons and camp days off the clock and with little guidance. The kids at the camp can be unruly.
