Pros
Number one is the people you get to work with and develop working relationships with. Most employees are incredibly smart, inspiring and supportive of each other. The creative work/opportunities (when it's reasonable and with healthy budgets).
Cons
You'll get lost among all the employees here now, it's grown too big and too fast. The expectation for working hours is out of control - work/life balance does not exist. In some cases if you're not a creative, you may be overlooked. And don't count on being paid your worth.
