Work/life balance. Big company with family feel.

Change of direction can be challenging.

- Pay is above average, easily 75th percentile+ for engineering and management personnel - Time off Policy is good

There are probably too many to list.... - Company does not reward those who go above and beyond. - Very high medical premiums - No job security whatsoever. Layoffs happen every 6 months at a minimum. When they do happen, usually 10-50% off the company is let go without notice. - Much of the leadership at this company are not intelligent about how to develop aerospace products in a formal manner. It shows and makes developing compliant products immensely challenging. - Very little communication from leadership for such a small company. - Constantly changing goals and directives with no clear strategy being presented - The company wants to be "scrappy", but what that actually means is they want people to cut corners, work long hours without compensation, and sacrifice their own careers for the sake of the company.
