      Pros

      The corporate culture is fun, non-toxic and the teams I worked with were full of talented people. I don't remember having any negative experience with any person. Most managers are open for new ideas and respectful. The teams are also diverse

      Cons

      They had 2 rounds of layoffs within one year. The people who got laid off found out from an email without a warning, same day layoff. It was also common to layoff employees and then emailing them back after a few months to persuade them join the company again after realizing their role is important.

      Pros

      • Drop makes it clear to understand why you're doing something and provides just the right amount of direction to work towards. • A lot of teams claim to be "transparent" and "agile". Drop is one of the few companies that actually follows this methodology everyday. • Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      • Easy to work more than the regular 9-5. Startups often see this as a positive, but I don't agree. It's not required, just seems slightly encouraged.
