      1. Flexibility to work from home 2. Cooperative co-workers 3. Great Business Outlook in the future with consistent growth seen from all geographies

      1. Can have longer than usual working hours due to global teams 2. All processes are not set properly as a result there may me a lot of manual effort in many functions

      Time difference sometimes was hard to get responses in a timely manner. Had to work weird hours
