Pros
- Amazing environment, everyone is extremely nice and helpful and no one tries to step on anyone's shoes - Great benefits: our Office Manager continuously tries to get us more and more benefits, to breakfast from the local bakery to health insurance - Great professional development: I haven't been in Drover that long but I already feel as though I've managed to take a lot from this job. You can either come in, do your work and go home, or you can come in, step up a gear and feel like you actually achieved something - that's definitely worth it
Cons
Sometimes there isn't a lot of communication within the team, especially since Drover has two offices: one in London and one in Lisbon. Although overall it works extremely well and everything is in sync, sometimes there is lack of information on one side
