Cons
If something is done, all within company will have an opinion, typically bad. Culture is non-existent. Internal strife is rampant and getting worse. "It must be nice to be you" is a common, small minded phrase often used. Management out of touch and delegates to those that claim can do, but have no experience to do. Intellectual property lives within and stays there, protected like a buried treasure to protect their jobs. Real issues are glossed over to accommodate the perceived needs of upper management. Little medical arena acumen here, unaware they manufacture a commodity product. Puppy Chow, yeah I can fetch. Advertisement marketing...what, never heard of it?
