Pros

Autonomous position, as long as you do your work, make your bi-weekly/monthly client calls and and clients are happy your job is done. Work from home opportunity is nice to have, but need to be careful with other team members who have the chance. Not qualified individuals 'work remotely' but take it as a day off I.e seen fb pictures and Snapchat of individuals 'working' yet somehow on a plane, beach...

Cons

Trusting people to complete their work on time and correct. With minimal training you need to learn on the job utilizing 3+ systems. Was managing 25+ studies, 2000+ site count. Salary is approximately 20-30% under market. No advanced training i.e management training or professional development. No tuition reimbursement. Bring in entry level college grads to pay less and give them a lot of responsibility with no training or a 'basic understanding' of how things work. No upper management support; upper management did not take care of companies #1 asset, employees. No appreciation, reward or incentive to move within the company. No reward for great performance. Company culture is young, high school'ish as there are numerous cliques, gossip, drama and rumors everyday, every week...

Pros

In theory, there are many pros. During the interview process, they claimed to be flexible, with work from home, unlimited PTO, and other perks.

Cons

In reality, the quite literally abusive, narcissistic head of product will use all of those against you. I have never experienced such anxiety as I have at this job. I’m pretty sure she loves catching mistakes, or changing the rules on the spot to “catch” you. I’m not the only person this has happened to, yet she was promoted while I was here and the company continuously sides with abuse. I can only imagine what is happening in other departments. Steer clear if you value your sanity and self-esteem.
