Shiseido let go a majority of the employees in July without any warning or plan. New jobs are posted for positions recently terminated, so employees are just numbers on a spreadsheet. Sales have been down and the people left in charge were responsible for the brand’s downfall. The management dictates rather than collaborates. What once was a prestigious and wonderful employer, it is now a sinking ship led by ill equipped leadership.
