Pros
There are a lot of great Drupal developers on the team and I learn something new with every project I'm on. My project manager is great- she stays on top of everything without bugging us, and she makes sure we're taken care of. John is always willing to listen to feedback and new ideas, and he doesn't micromanage. Having the flexibility that comes with working at home is wonderful, especially with little ones.
Cons
The company is growing quickly and has the usual growing pains. Although I love telecommuting and have been for 3 years, it can sometimes get lonely not working face to face with your team.
