      Pros

      Great pay, great company, great management. The only reason I am no longer working there is personal issues I had that caused me to have to leave. The benefits are great. It is a family owned hotel so you have a lot of wiggle rooms to make guests satisfied and happy. Great job

      Only con is probably being on your feet all day

      You're working for the Drury family instead of a bunch of stockholders. Employees are treated like assets rather than just a line on the expense report

      Drury Hotels are not in every town that you may visit.
