Pros
Amazing opportunities, many propertys to work at. Great people, bonus opportunities. I don't feel a sense of bureaucracy when assisting guest. Drury gives me the tools and expects I use them. And i ultimately get rewarded based on service scores for the quarter.
Cons
Very slow in adapting to new tech. They are quick to judge us about how much money is spent but corporate always settle for cheep stuff that tends to breakdown, for instance our ac units are always randomly, causing great discomfort for guest, and front line workers trying their best to resolve. Thats my only gripe
