Pros

Great HR programme WFH benefits Stock Options

Cons

Toxic and competitive environment where everyone tries to outdo everyone. Company wants YOUR ideas as a long term support by "helping" you get them a patent. (You get reimbursed 2ce, never again while they can reap the benefits) In-company Hackathon - essentially a free not paid crunch for the products if you are doing a "bugathon", other way people prepare for WEEKS before - its meant to be 24h? Bonus - that's something you can forget about, its just a myth. 0 value spent on upskilling current long term employees - better employ new ones. Extremely poor educational/upskilling system - unless you are from sales/you have your own budget Sales rule while engineering slaves.

Druva Response

We believe in providing a learning and innovative ecosystem to all our employees; Hackathon, patent filing etc are part of that philosophy. As a growing organisation it is important to be competitive and value merit for payouts. At Druva, we value each and every Druvian irrespective of which department they are from and firmly believe in our core value of ONE TEAM. We are sad to hear that you feel otherwise, so, considering that you are a current employee, we'd like to request you to connect with us to discuss more about your comments and work towards resolving them.

Pros

Druva is positioned at the intersection of cloud and data security—two of the fastest-growing priorities for customers today. With a strong partner ecosystem, a true SaaS platform, and significant growth opportunity, it’s a place where you can both drive impact and accelerate your career. Deep relationships with key partners (e.g., Dell, cloud providers) Multiple routes to market → more opportunities to drive revenue Channel-friendly model

Cons

Like any high-growth company, Druva comes with strong opportunity but also some challenges. For someone who’s self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, those challenges can actually turn into big opportunities.
