Pros
You’ll think there’s a lot when you start you’re offered a lot and they tell you it’s a family business and they will test you liek family. They will tell you you can bring your dog in on Fridays but really it’s a lie just to get you excited.
Cons
I’ve heard of a lot of people being let go for minuscule things. One guy had cancer and they were supportive until he started missing work and wanted a sweatshirt for his kid with his work logo which he was fired for taking even though everyone is allowed 3 a year. No proper training. Owner does not invest in his employees, looks at them as they’re dispensable. They generally treated people badly.
