Pros
I came to Drybar at a time in my career where I was looking to have a more flexible and opened schedule for freelance jobs. My manager Brandi, has always been very accommodating with my schedule! She always pushes us to be the best employees we can. Having a great leader really shows with the team that we have here in the lower east side. It’s always fun, positive, upbeat, with great team effort. Constantly having clients, and being encouraged to build a clientele is sometimes a hard find in this industry, yet Drybar pushes for you to better your future with this being sewed into the culture.
Cons
Opening shifts are very early, and closing shifts are very late. Heavily taxed on every tip. 45 minute appointment times isn’t always achievable with every type of hair.
