Pros

*Great staff *Knowledge of senior stylist *Multiple locations *Each store has a different energy not all are the same

Cons

The owner would micromanage leadership and the staff. Managers would not keep assistant managers informed with current changes within a timely manner. I was the assistant manager for two locations, and there was no benefits or incentives given within a 2-year time span. And there was no additional room for growth within the company.(I have worked it different locations in different states as well. this location was not my favorite) The educators were not well-trained and a variety of textures or styles. And would criticize newer stylist coming right out of school and was not willing to help them grow.

Pros

It’s super fun and high energy! I absolutely love Olivia-the skills and standards she sets are high and encourages us to be our the best version of ourselves. She trains with passion and wants to see us succeed as individuals in our own capacity . Behind every great woman there a heart of gold and that’s our Olivia- Chase is an amazing educator with lots of cool tips and tricks for us and is a total sweetheart but slays hair like a boss. I look up to them and I have grown tremendously!

Cons

If you don’t like to make yourself look presentable or like to be a clean person this isn’t the place for you . High standards don’t come easy and without hard work ! I’m not a lazy person or a negative person anymore because I’ve learned the heart and soul values through Drybar (Olivia and Chase) I’m a confident and love more because I open myself to learning new things from the best of the best! I think I’m coming back soon lol

Pros

Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

Cons

A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
