      -Decent benefits -Good Location in Bay

      Cons

      -Micromanagement at its finest -Horrible schedule, they expect you to work extended hours (40-100 hours per week) and only pay you for 40. -Poor strategic direction -Living in the stone age in terms of technology -A lot of back stabers within HR and leadership
