With a laid back environment, I can work at my own pace without someone breathing down my neck all the time. Working here, there is always room to grow if you are committed to gaining knowledge! I've learned so much working here and was given the opportunity to engage in more than just what I was hired to do once I got the hang of my responsibilities. That has given me the opportunity to cultivate experience in fields I didn't even go to school for! Plus, with a fast-paced work environment, I never get bored. Danny, the owner, is a great boss as well as a great human being. He's understanding and GREAT at his job.

College graduate? Cool, he'll give you $12 an hour for 40 hrs a week as a 1099 employee, which comes out to about $9/hr after taxes. As an employee, Taco Bell pays better.
