Disorganized and Ineffective Leadership at PMO department - Project Manager Dubai Technologies Employee Review

- No programs for career growth - Salaries not on time at all - Politics in management, people with no skills retained - The CTO has no sense of professionalism and not at all up to date with tech, he sleeps in meetings, scolds developers without understanding problem, has doomed office money (millions of AED) by giving project to outsiders and not even getting output. - The HR head thinks she owns Dubai Technology, don't be surprised if she stares with fire in her eyes because you were chatting in office. - No activities setup by HR to boost employee moral or engagement. - Developers are given laptop that tracks time and there will be penalty if you don't fill 9 hours per day even though you don't have work. - The company uses unsupported version of Microsoft tech and tools and delivers project to one of the finest Dubai government entities its just matter of time they will get big lawsuits.

Was a nice place to work.

Downfall of DT due to low quality decision making by senior members. Almost all senior members thought they were exceptionally brilliant but in reality , lacked leadership qualities. Everyone points finger on the other. Policies and workflow are never thought to follow. After my termination , DT senior members least cared. Heared a lot about HR madam bossing around. Hope this team considers supporting terminated staffs. No 1 knows, 1 day they would be in our spot. I should have dealt hard with these ppl when I worked here.
