- Outstanding and helpful coworkers; - Great company culture; - Complex and interesting product; - CEO openly shares company updates, news, results, goals and struggles. Communication is transparent; - You can anonymously ask questions CEO during the monthly Townhalls;
Cons
- Career ladder works for some and doesn't work for others; - Vague requirements/ expectations for promotion; - Existing Engineering managers do not make any decisions, all of them go to one Sen. Eng Manager who runs the ball; - Engineering has strong lead technical people who have been in a company for a while, and have decision making but they are not managers. Lack of communication. Low interest in high performed people's growth.
