      Great seniors, learnt a lot from them.

      Management needs major improvement. Many talented employees have left in the past year due to a lack of recognition for their work, poor work-life balance, low salaries, and insufficient benefits.

      Pros

      Good leadership as a contract worker, ability to attend annual planning seminars and learn the future of defense logistic goals. Good temporary job with an opportunities for real job satisfaction. Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      As with most contract jobs this one was ending soon. Short (1 Yr) duration with option year contracts are stressful to family life.
