My manager was professional and a great reflection of the company. Learned a great deal about doing sales and working with clients to build relationships in fine art and commerical printing. Inspiring work environment. The printing and fabrication teams printed and created works of art for clients.

More training or a sales mentorship. They have great managers. Everyone is so busy that downtime for training is not fair to put onto an already busy and sometimes stressed out manager.

Health insurance, but it's very expensive.

Very low morale. low wages and lack of support. Outraged clients due to mismanaged projects and no system to review performance. Top-down management from people past retirement age. Recent private equity acquisition has made this company ignore structural problems.
