      Atmosphere is friendly, coworkers are helpful, and the technology is unique to develop and work on.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be paid under the normal market rate for your position. Your day might get derailed if there someone deems a task an emergency. Even if what you say is logical, usually the higher ranked employee gets final say.

      Pros

      Work life balance, insurance and benefits package strong. Interesting and varied work. Really smart coworkers. Able to make friendships at work. Long history in community, stable company.

      Cons

      Office has no windows and is run down. Would like more PTO. Communication from the top rare and is more negative than positive.
