Pros
I loved working with some of the elderly customers and the first manager I had was very hands on. Jasmine Cannady was one of the best managers I’ve ever had! The schedule is extremely flexible as well. There aren’t a ton a systems needed to assist customers as everything is pretty much integrated into one. Sad I had to leave after I had a baby. I would have still been employed there if it wasn’t for that.
Cons
It is super repetitive and there are a lot of calls where de-escalation skills are extremely necessary.
