      I guess it would be one-hour lunch breaks to get away from all of the nonsense

      Cons

      Duke does not support their employees. They take other party's words and does not provide opportunity for the employee to explain oneself when it comes to situations involving an outside provider trying not to abide by our policies and procedures.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
