The time off provided is horrible. For employees who work full time only get 30 days of PTO a year. So after the 8 recognized holidays you are forced to use PTO on you only get 22 days off to cover any personal days off and sick days/doctor appointments. Hardly leaves room for work life balance. The new retirement package is also abysmal. We went from immediately vested with a 15% company contribution to vested after 5 years with (1.25% x years of service) company contribution (no contribution before the 5 year mark). Work/life balance as an outpatient employee abysmal, actively looking for different jobs.
