      Competitive pay and benefits for the area

      Cons

      Like any large healthcare organization, they treat their employees and patients alike as merely numbers and care only about money. Don’t think they are any different than any other big corporate business. They will not have your back and do not care about you as a person. I was warned before accepting a job here but took it anyway and got burned like so many others.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
