      Pros

      Do clearly prioritize, the well-being of its employees. Of course, funding has been made difficult with recent budget cuts, but Duke is very fair with how they treat employees. Good benefits, and good culture.

      Cons

      Being a busy health system, the hours can be a bit longer than other places. But well worth it.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
