Pros
If you're a good server you will make up a lot of wage in tips. Laidback vibes usually.
Cons
No (or very little) half decent staff food, base wages are very low, the head office won't help your life, rota is put out very late, 0 hour contracts, drunk people to deal with can be quite annoying, and constantly understaffed.
