Pros
- Welcoming work environment, casual dress code, and friendly teammates - Progressive management respects each worker as a person - Fair wage for my work - The commute is lovely. I enjoy the countryside, truth be told - The work was always interesting, varied, and let me use my strengths. I was never completely locked into one narrow job description - There's plenty of flavored coffee in the kitchen area!
Cons
Slow to change, but quick to grow. It's not a bad problem to have, but DTC needs to be far more decisive moving forward. I don't think they realize that they're growing as fast as they are! Oh, also, there aren't a whole lot of places to go if you forget your lunch, so I suggest brown-bagging it. That's not so much a con as it is a hot tip.
