Pros
Duncan is a creative company with a fun culture and positive work environment. I love my job and the teammates that I work with every day. In most companies, it is hard to be the new person but at Duncan, I received a very warm welcome from everyone I met throughout the onboarding process and on my new team. I worked for a much larger corporation prior to joining the Duncan team and much prefer the family-owned business environment where I can make a difference without a lot of politics or red tape. The health insurance and 401k benefits are also very competitive. The biggest benefit for me is the ability to work with such amazing people that share similar values and a realistic work/life balance. I highly recommend Duncan as a great place work and I am looking forward to growing my work experience and career with the company.
