As much overtime as you can handle, clients, milage.
Cons
They will send you to different houses, regardless of your experience, and place you in potentially dangerous situations. Poor training. Poor managers. You are just a number, no matter how long you've been with them or how good you are at your job. The way they do their scheduling is a joke- expect many texts with an ever changing, poor quality pic of a paper copy of the schedule.
