Pros

Free food, good co-workers, free coffee, Pay isn't that bad, meet nice people, you get to relax after the rush.

Cons

Okay. Unless you don't like sleeping then working here will kill you. Nothing like waking up at 3:30 to be in at 4 to get off at 1:30. Even worse once you start working DUNKIN owns you. Everything you plan will be planned around your times in. They take advantage of kids meaning all the teens have to be in 4-6 while the older adults get 7-8. Also nothing like the rush. It's constantly busy. It never ever ends and heaven forbid you don't have someone's favorite donut. Oh and the sandwich (God awful btw) are such a pain. Nothing like a family of 6 coming in drive thru getting 3 big and toasted me, 2 bagels with cream cheese , 8 orders of hash browns, 3 iced lattes , 1 maccichato, and a Boston Kreme, the best part being DUNKIN expects you to be able to make all that in under 2 minutes and 30 seconds. It's ridiculous. Worst job ever I swear you don't wanna work here. I've had several anxiety attacks because of the amount of stress this job puts on you in only 18 and I barely get 4 hours of sleep because you close then expected to be back at 4.

Pros

Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

Cons

Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
