      They are friendly here. Listen to hours generally.

      Cons

      They’ve convinced many of my coworkers to be their downlines in their insurance pyramid scheme. Also there is usually only one manager present for a couple hours a day.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
