Pros

Usually work early morning so good for those with evening obligations (as long as they are early as well)

Cons

Long hours, pay is based on overtime as well. Lack of work life balance. Want managers to work 6 day work weeks.

Pros

Every once in a while you are granted a 15 minute break

Cons

There are significant concerns regarding management’s leadership and communication practices. Employees often receive criticism in a manner that feels disrespectful rather than constructive, and support from management is limited despite high expectations placed on staff. Professional boundaries are also a concern, as discussions between management and employees about employees occur inappropriately among coworkers. Greater emphasis on respectful communication, employee support, and professionalism would help foster a more positive workplace culture. They also promise pay, after employees were not paid correctly management basically state “too bad I can’t fix it” even though that is illegal in the state of VA.
