      Fast paced... Love the customers ... Free coffee and donuts on the job

      Management sucks! No tips for management, even though they work with the public, lots of expectations and no real incentive given for the extra work.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
