      Once you learn the basics of the job, Its pretty straightforward and simple.

      Cons

      Weird hours that can switch from any moment. I'd be closing one night and then opening the next. Extremely busy during the morning-afternoon hours but then dies down

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
