      Pros

      Sometimes it was free food, but whenever they had a attitude they would make you pay for food. They was reasonable when I was in the process of moving and I would have to come in late.

      Cons

      No benefits. It was a franchise I was working under, but they have NO benefits.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
