      If they are hiring you will get the job, tips are good, you will never be bored, small menu and coffee is easy to make

      Cons

      You will end up working full time probably overtime even if you applied for a part time position, the people who work there are pretty wild

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
