      Pros

      Very good job for students always worked around my school schedule. Worked in multiple stores.

      Cons

      Sometimes you would get stuck at work if someone didn't show up for their shift especially on a nice day - young kids teenagers and college age people can be really unreliable especially in summer when the weather is nice.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
