Not a company to sustain long term work/work life balance - Foreman Durable Surfaces Employee Review

I adore the people I work with - all hard workers, determined, fun to be around, and team players. Along with their mentality of “work hard, be rewarded”, they are very generous on multiple accounts when it comes to PTO, benefits, holidays, and independence to grow in your career.

Not a con against Durable per se - but the concrete industry is a tough one, and if you don’t think you can hack it, this probably isn’t the career for you.
