Dear former employee, I am sorry you had such a bad experience at Ecoclean. You are right, we were just bought by a Chinese company. Our new owner, SBS, is pursuing a strong growth strategy, which includes M&A activities and is a very positive development for us. Ecoclean MIGHT move to its own facility in the future (by the way, we moved twice in the past 5 years), but only because the current facility is becoming too small for us. We are a small company with only three management levels and cannot afford to have a glass ceiling. In fact, we strongly believe in an open door policy and encourage all employees to ask questions, openly communicate and discuss issues that matter to them. However, and despite our best efforts, sometimes things just don’t work out between us and our employees and that’s okay. Best of luck.
